I get asked fairly often about the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame, the fact that The Guess Who and BTO are not in it. Here I answer that and share why I think Canadian musicians are among the best in the world. | Randy Bachman

We've talked about fuzz and distortion but some of you have asked about which guitars The Guess Who used for clean sounds. We switched things up quite a bit to get different sounds depending on the song. I had a small amp Garnet made called a Banshee and a larger Fender concert amp. It had a tremelo in it as well. My orange Gretsch, the '59 Fender Strat and my '59 Les Paul all gave really bright sounds and went well with other instruments. This was necessary in songs like These Eyes and Laughing
