Leg day at the gym! Here’s a great circuit to do next time it’s leg day. The weight amounts I use are listed on the screen, except for the cables (since they are all different). I would hit 12 reps of each and 4 sets of this workout. I would also use that RIR concept- reps in reserve. So when you hit round 1, have 3-4 reps left in the tank, or in reserve. On the second set, drop that to 2-3 RIR. Then on that last set, try to challenge the muscle, increase weight and have 0-1 reps left in reserve

Leg day DONE 💪 Today’s workout focused on volume and hitting all the major muscle groups in my legs. Started with: Leg extensions: 5 sets of 12-20 reps Hamstring curls: 5 sets of 10 reps Squat press machine: 5 sets of 20 reps Squats: 5 sets of 10-15 reps Calf raises: 9 sets of 20 reps This routine changes every other week to keep things fresh.
